The War Memorial is located in Brough at the crossroad of Elloughton Road, Skillings Lane and Welton Road (postcode HU15 1BA). It takes the form of a cross, with plaques on two walls commemorating those who lost their lives from the area in the two world wars. Constructed by H H Martyn & Co the war memorial was unveiled in a ceremony in 1920 attended by Colonel B. G. PRICE CB CMG DSO.
